Delivery quotation
We do not charge delivery through this website. After receiving your request, we confirm whether delivery is available to your destination, the carrier or method, estimated dispatch and arrival window, delivery charge and final total. You are free to decline.
Processing
Estimated processing time is 1–3 business days after an order is agreed, unless we tell you otherwise. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather or public holidays.
Cancellations
You may cancel a request at any time before agreeing to the confirmed order. For an agreed order, contact us promptly; cancellation is possible before dispatch unless a product has been specially prepared.
Returns
Contact us within 14 days after delivery if you wish to request a return. Tea must be unopened, unused and in its original sealed packaging unless it arrived damaged, incorrect or defective. Return instructions and the responsible return address will be provided before you send anything. Unless the item is damaged, incorrect or defective, return shipping may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by law.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us promptly with your request reference, a description and clear photos. If verified, we will offer an appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy under applicable law.
Refund timing
If payment was arranged after confirmation and a refund is approved, it will be returned using the agreed payment method. Timing depends on that method. This website itself never takes or stores payment details.
